Regal Palms is a secure gated resort within 15/20 minutes of Walt Disney World and other major attractions, including the new Seaworld attraction Aquatica.

Our Town House is a 4 bed/3 bath home, and is located 1 block away from all on-site amenities.

Our House is a spacious two-story building and offers all the comforts of your own home.  It has an outside patio area with chairs and bar-b-que.

Features include 1 x master king-sized bed with en-suite facilities and TV, 1 x master queen-sized bed with en-suite facilities, 2 x twin-bedded rooms sharing a full bathroom - both  with tv's, 1 x sofa bed located within the living area, a modern fully-fitted kitchen including breakfast bar, freezer, dishwasher, microwave,  radio, coffee-maker, slow cooker, liquidiser etc. A laundry room, living-dining room, digital cable flat screen TV with dvd, WI FI IS NOW AVAILABLE IN OUR HOME, telephone and an in-house safe for all your valuables.  Luxury bath sheets and fresh linen provided.  Lounge area is fully tiled. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Regal Palms Resort boasts a tropical 2.5 acre pool complex with two heated pools, a lazy river, a water slide, tiki bar serving drinks, a stage for outdoor entertainment and dj, spa, jacuzzi, barbeque area, extensive sun bathing terraces, volleyball court, kiddies pool and play area. Kiddies films are shown every Thursday evening around the pool (children can sit in the pool in a rubber ring and watch a giant screen showning latest films - all free) Also on Wednesday evenings ther is a kiddies club with activities.

The Clubhouse incorporates a large sports bar showing live entertainment, restaurant, games room, internet room, gym and health club, sauna and steam room, beauty salon, hairdressers and business centre with conference facilities.

Guest Services is a 24-hour check-in. Access to Regal Palms resort will be strictly controlled by an electronic key entry system.  Our house is independantly managed by an excellent management company and access to our home is by key access only NOT by Regal Palms Team. The electronic key card issued upon check-in is for access to the resort by security gates only.

Golfing is available through Regal Palms at the adjacent sister resort of Highland Reserve.

Local Facilities include Publix supermarket, restaurants, pizza parlour, Applebee's,  banks and shops are within easy walking distance.  There is also a Wal-mart located within 5/6  mins drive onlong Hwy 27, with a Lowe's discount store adjacent to Wal-mart.  There is also a Super Target located just at the top of Hwy 192, within 10 mins drive.
